2026-27 On the Way (OTW) Farm Tour Traveling Farmers
A Black farmers x Black farms helping tour.
Eligibility
- Must a NEFOC Network Member | Register
- Must identify yourself as a Black Farmer and/or Land Steward
- Must reside in the Northeastern States
- Must be able to participate in, both, October 2026 & March 2027 tours
- Must be able to participate in July’s group gathering in Kingston,NY
- Can attend 6 virtual sessions ( 1 group orientation, 3 pre-gathering sessions, 2 additional sessions TBD)
What We will provide:

- Shared Room & Board
- Meals
- Transportation to and from farms
- Travel stipends to meet up locations
Application Timeline:
- April 17th: OTW Farm Tour Traveling Farmers Info Session
- May 10th: Application close
- May 1st - 15th: Rolling Interviews
- May 16th: Decisions
Traveling Farmers Group Gathering Dates:
- July 31 - August 3, 2026 : In person workdays weekend Orientation at Kingston, NY
- October 8 - 13, 2026: In person at a selected State in the NE
- March 21 - 28, 2027: In person at a selected State in the NE
