Tour Logistics

  • Duration: On the Way’s 2 weeks will be broken up for this tour; one week will be in October 2026, the other will be in March 2027.
  • Lodging: Accommodations are provided. Options include hotels, houses (two people per room) and camping (tents, air mattresses, and pumps available upon request).

Eligibility:

  • You must a NEFOC Network Member | Register
  • You must be Black farmer or aspiring farmer
  • You must reside in the Northeastern States
  • Must be able to participate in: October 2026 & March 2027 tours
  • Must be able to participate in July’s group gathering in Kingston,NY
  • Attend 6 virtual sessions

Week 1: October 8th - 14th

  • Thursday, October 8th: Arrival
  • Friday, 9th: Project Farm 1
  • Saturday, 10th:  Project Farm 2
  • Sunday, 11th: REST/ Free Time
  • Monday, 12th: Project Farm 3
  • Tuesday, 13th:  Project Farm 4
  • Wednesday, 14th: Departure
